This project involved the inspection, servicing, refilling, and maintenance of fire extinguishers at Ideas by Gul Ahmed, a well-established retail brand with stores serving customers across Pakistan. Maintaining properly serviced and operational fire extinguishers is an important part of ensuring fire protection within retail environments, where customer safety, employee protection, merchandise, and store infrastructure are key considerations.
The scope of work included a comprehensive inspection of existing fire extinguishers to assess their condition, serviceability, and operational readiness. Units requiring attention were serviced and refilled as needed, with appropriate checks carried out to verify that the equipment was in suitable working condition.
The maintenance process also included testing and verification of fire extinguishers and their components, along with identification of units requiring further attention or replacement. These activities were carried out to maintain the availability and reliability of fire protection equipment throughout the designated retail facility.
The project supported the client’s ongoing fire safety and maintenance requirements by keeping fire extinguishing equipment properly serviced, accessible, and ready for use in the event of a fire emergency.
